Kids at the Bar have sent me their new remix they have done for Kill Hannah:

A Sunny Day In Glasgow
Hybrid Moments (Misfits Cover)
A little dream-pop-punk treat this morning: A Sunny Day in Glasgow covers the Misfits to perfection—this cloudy rendition of “Hybrid Moments” is nearly too good to be true.

NEW Toxic Avenger Video: Toxic Is Dead

Aural Exciters
Spooks In Space (Luke Howard & Felix Dickinson Filthy & Foolish Edit)
This Aural Exciters edit from Luke Howard and Felix Dickinson of Horse Meat Disco is a ramped-up piano no-wave/mutant disco/whatever-it-was-in-the-seventies-who-knows-what-to-call-it song with bongwater sounds for your day. You’re welcome!

Amanda Blank
Shame On Me (Jacknife Lee Extended Remix)
“Shame On Me” is one of the most ingratiating hooks on Amanda Blank’s I Love You, so no surprise that Grammy-winning producer Jacknife Lee twisted his version into an effusive, top-down progressive house tune.

Neon Indian
Deadbeat Summer
Although it’s tracklisted second, “Deadbeat Summer” is the first actual song on Neon Indian’s Psychic Chasms LP and sounds like floating to the bottom of an aquarium, flanged everything and aqueous synths guiding your descent.

Well, that's what has been piling up in my inbox since yesterday, thought I'd share it with you, and I just KNEW I couldn't keep that girl in the Toxic Avenger video away from all of you:)
SOOOO , a new band to look out for AND endorsed by none other than NICK CAVE is Shilpa Ray and her Happy Hookers you can listen to some of the music there, it's REALLY cool.
And while I'm at it, just to remind you of another awesome band in my humble opinion, Bomb The Bass Tim Simenon has been making groundbreaking beats n pieces for 2 decades now, and well, I think he deserves a HUGE mention, so there, HUGE mention mentioned! Go have a gannder through their back catalogue, truly astounding music!!!
