Our best from the west have just announced their going out on the road, for an officially sanctioned, bonafied certified authorized national tour in February. Skeleton Tiger is the melodically fancy free track from the self-titled EP at radio now, and they’ll be belting that one out, along with a swag of others and a healthy serving of heavy jam time on the dates below. Wake up and realize.

LADYHAWKE NEWS
After dashing all around the country and across to her home in NZ over the Christmas period, Ladyhawke returned to her adopted home in East London to find a 2009 NME Award nomination pinned to her front door, eviction-notice stylee.

Pip's been nominated in the Best Solo Artist category and anyone can get over and vote here.

Yeah Yeah Yeah's News

New York's finest, Yeah Yeah Yeahs last week announced they're new record is coming like a devastating comet to explode your world sometime in April. The album is called It's Blitz! And it's full of hitz! You're gonna love it to bitz! For now though, you're just gonna have to believe and hold your breath until the date, and a single will appear magically into the airwaves sometime soon.

Until that day comes, this ingenious cover of Maps from the now classic Fever To Tell should tie you over.

Robyn News
Swedish chanteuse Robyn is set to release her first taste of new music since her magnificent self-titled album. Whilst the Robyn record was a collection of joyous elecstasy dance pop, this time around it's an acoustic EP, exclusive to iTunes from February 14. That's right, it's all yours on St Valentine's Day, lovers.
